How do I get help in a crisis? 

If you are upset and having thoughts and urges about hurting yourself, or ending your life then stop, take a deep breath and read this page. 

A crisis is any situation in which you feel you need urgent help. For example, you might feel in crisis if:

  • You are having suicidal thoughts and feelings
  • You are having thoughts about harming yourself
  • You have seriously hurt yourself
  • You have taken more than the recommended amount of tablets (an overdose)

  • You can go to any hospital A&E department and ask for help (if you need to, you can call 999 and ask for an ambulance)

You are feeling extremely distressed, or are experiencing suicidal feelings

Kooth (Xenzone) - Online counselling and emotional well-being platform for children and young people, accessible through mobile, tablet and desktop. Monday – Friday 12pm – 10pm, Saturday & Sunday 6pm – 10pm

Palace for Life Foundation (Official Charity of Crystal Palace Football Club) 

Palace Pad Chat Gives young people aged 12 – 25 with either a PS4 or Xbox a chance to receive mentoring whilst gaming with a staff members. Ensuring good mental health giving them a chance to express themselves and see if there is any help needed Please click on the link below to sign up.
